I'm Brenda Brua, MBA — founder of Forefront HR Consulting. With more than 16 years of HR experience across a wide range of industries, I provide full-service HR support for small and mid-size businesses across the country.
I got into HR because of the people. But over time, I kept seeing the same thing: HR had become something people dreaded. Employees avoided it. Managers sidestepped hard conversations. Leaders hoped problems would fix themselves.
I knew there was a better way — and I wanted to build it.
I believe HR should work for everyone in the room. I protect the business, absolutely — but I care just as deeply about the employee experience. When people feel heard and respected, the organization thrives. That is what I have seen hold true across every organization I have served.
